Revenue + catalogue size

A lean marginal fee based on managed marketplace revenue, plus a small Parent ASIN adjustment. Only revenue inside each band uses that rate, so the effective percentage reduces smoothly as revenue scales.

Ad spend + catalogue size

A lean marginal fee based on managed advertising spend, plus a small Parent ASIN adjustment. The effective rate reduces as spend scales.

Adds 0.01% per Parent ASIN, capped at 0.50%, so catalogue growth is priced smoothly too.
